Culture Night 2024 at The National Gallery of Ireland
On the evening of Culture Night, the National Gallery hosted an outdoor choir performance that brought together art, culture, and music in harmony. The event took place in the Gallery’s lawn.
Our choir, composed of local singers of all ages, performed a diverse range of songs from Here Come The Sun, Phantom of the Opera to Viva La Vida. Our opening song, Consider Yourself immediately captured the attention of passersby, drawing a large crowd who gathered to enjoy the performance under the bright evening sky.
This performance was a significant contribution to the Culture Night festivities. The collaboration between the choir and the National Gallery symbolised the union of visual and performing arts, enriching the cultural fabric of the city.
The weather and the singing on the lawn at the National Gallery for Culture Night was a resounding success, demonstrating the power of music to unite and inspire people in an open and accessible setting.
